The Mango Juice Processing Line produces clear, ready-to-drink mango nectar and juice products. The process begins with ripe mangoes undergoing washing, sorting, and steam peeling. A finisher extracts juice while removing coarse fibers. The juice then passes through an enzymatic liquefaction stage to break down pectin, followed by a decanter centrifuge and ultrafiltration to achieve crystal clarity. Deaeration removes dissolved oxygen to prevent oxidation and color loss. A plate heat exchanger pasteurizes the juice before aseptic or hot filling into PET bottles, glass bottles, or Tetra Pak cartons. Final Brix is typically 12 to 15 degrees. The line includes CIP cleaning functions for sanitary operation. Output ranges from 1 to 20 tons per hour. All equipment is fabricated from food-grade stainless steel.
