Our Turnkey Apple Processing Plant offers the flexibility to produce a full spectrum of apple-based products – including clear and cloudy juice, puree, concentrate, and hard cider – all from a single, integrated production platform. This plant is designed as a complete factory solution, encompassing everything from fruit reception and raw material handling to finished product packaging.
The plant incorporates specialized processing routes depending on the end product. For cloudy juice and puree, apples are crushed and refined through a paddle finisher to achieve the desired pulp texture, then homogenized to create a stable suspension of fruit solids. For clear juice, the line includes enzyme treatment tanks, ultrafiltration membranes, and resin columns for deacidification and color adjustment. A separate fermentation module can be integrated for cider production, consisting of jacketed fermentation tanks with precise temperature control and maturation vessels. All liquid products undergo UHT sterilization before being sent to our versatile filling section, which handles glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, and aseptic bags.
The plant is built with modular architecture that allows processors in emerging markets to start with a core juice line and add modules for puree, concentrate, or cider production as their business expands. All equipment is fabricated from food-grade 304 stainless steel, meeting international hygiene standards. With full automation through PLC controls and a centralized HMI, operators can manage multiple production recipes and monitor plant performance in real time.
