Mango Juice Processing Line – Cold Press & UHT Sterilization for Clear/Pulp Juice
This mango juice processing line is specifically developed for producing clear mango juice, pulp-containing mango juice, and NFC (Not From Concentrate) mango juice. The complete line includes: drum washer, sorting conveyor, destoner, hammer crusher, screw press, enzymatic treatment tanks, ultrafiltration system, vacuum deaerator, homogenizer, UHT sterilizer, aseptic filler, and CIP system.
The cold press juicing technology operates at room temperature without heat exposure, preserving heat-sensitive nutrients including vitamin C, carotenoids, and natural aromatic compounds. For clear juice production, the ultrafiltration system uses ceramic membranes (0.02-0.2 micron pore size) to achieve complete clarification without centrifuges or fining agents. For pulp juice, the refining system retains 5-15% fine pulp particles, creating a natural mouthfeel.
The vacuum deaerator removes dissolved oxygen to prevent oxidation and browning, preserving bright yellow-orange color. The homogenizer ensures uniform particle size distribution, eliminating visible sedimentation. UHT sterilization at 135-140°C for 3-5 seconds combined with aseptic filling guarantees microbiological safety while maintaining fresh flavor. The finished product can be stored at ambient temperature for 12-18 months.
The line features fully automatic PLC control with remote monitoring capability. CIP automated cleaning covers all equipment and pipelines, enabling rapid product changeovers. Capacity ranges from 2 to 30 tons per hour. Our line can process multiple fruits including mango, peach, apricot, and banana with minor adjustments.
